# Privacy statement **Evolutionary Leadership Coöperatie** operates this knowledge platform (log.evolutionaryleadership.nl). This page explains what personal data the platform stores, who can see what, and how to exercise your rights. ## What we store - **Evolutionary Leadership (EL) users** sign in with their Microsoft work account. We store their name, e-mail address, and the content they create on the platform (notes, documents, comments, projects). - **Customer users** are invited by e-mail address. We store that e-mail address, an optional display name, sign-in sessions, and in-app notifications. Customers do not create content on the platform. - **Published content** (knowledge-base articles, blog posts, whitepapers) is written by EL and reviewed before anything is published outside the internal circle. Published content is not personal data of customers and is not affected by customer erasure. - We use **no analytics or tracking cookies**. The only cookies are the session cookies required for signing in. ## Who can see what - Internal content is visible to EL users only. - Content published to a specific customer organization is visible to signed-in members of that organization only. - Content published to all customers is visible to any signed-in customer. - Public content is visible to everyone. - Customers never see internal notes, drafts, review discussions, author workflows, or other customers' organizations. ## AI processing EL-authored draft content is processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to suggest titles, improvements, diagrams, and generated drafts, and to scan outward-bound documents for personal data before publication. Customer data is not used for AI features. AI suggestions are always reviewed by a person before publication. ## E-mail We send e-mail for account purposes only: customer invitations and sign-in (magic-link) messages. Our mail logs record the recipient address and the type of message — never message contents. ## Retention & erasure - Sign-in links for customers expire after 24 hours and can be used once. - Customer sessions expire automatically after 30 days. - On request, we erase a customer user or an entire customer organization: accounts, sessions, invitations, notifications, and organization links are permanently deleted in a single operation. An erasure is recorded without personal data (only an internal record number and date). - Published documents remain available after erasure; they are EL works and contain no customer personal data. ## Your rights & contact You may request access, correction, or erasure of your personal data.
